Techweigh track scales are designed to weigh rail cars, scrap transfer cars, hot metal transfer cars and torpedo cars. The scale can be manufactured to fit into an existing pit. The scale utilizes double-ended shear beam load cells with self-aligning bearing assemblies. The load cells and bearing assemblies can also be designed to upgrade an existing scale. Scales are custom designed and manufactured to meet our customer's specific requirements.
